Cosmic Trading's full Refund Policy applies to all automation services along with the specific conditions below.

2. Our Error Guarantee

If we make an error during FBA/FBM prep (wrong labeling, packaging, or prep) that directly causes Amazon rejection or customer return, we will either re-process the affected items at no additional cost or issue a full refund of the prep service fee.

3. Shipping Claims

Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we refund the full shipping charges plus the declared value of goods up to the insured amount.

Damaged in Transit: Submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved claims receive a full refund or replacement shipment at our discretion.

Wrong Address: Re-shipping costs for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses you provided are your responsibility.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@cosmictrd.com or via WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order/service reference number and reason for refund
  3. Include supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, Amazon rejection reports)
  4. Our team reviews within 3-5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed to your platform wallet within 7-14 business days
