This platform provides: FBA Prep, FBM Fulfillment, Returns Processing, Dropshipping Fulfillment, China Product Sourcing (Pay Per Source), DIY Sourcing (via chinawholesale.com.bd), and International Shipping (Express, Air, Sea).
Products submitted for Amazon FBA/FBM prep must comply with Amazon's current policies. We prepare products according to Amazon's guidelines at the time of processing, but are not responsible for guideline changes made after preparation is complete. You are responsible for providing accurate FNSKU labels and product information. Damage claims for Amazon-rejected shipments must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to fulfillment centers.
Items returned to our facility are inspected and graded per your instructions. We are not responsible for the condition of items as received from carriers. Disposal of items is final and irreversible once you authorize it. Storage fees apply for items held beyond 30 days without action instructions from you.
Products stored at our facilities are insured against fire and theft up to their declared value. We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging from the original supplier. Storage fees are billed monthly. Items may be disposed of after 90 days of unpaid storage fees following written notice.
DIY Sourcing via chinawholesale.com.bd is free to use but all product and shipping costs are your responsibility. Pay Per Source requires upfront query fees, which are non-refundable regardless of whether suitable products are found.
Shipping: We offer Super Express (3-5 days), Air Freight (10-20 days), and Sea Freight (30-45 days) from China. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs duties and import taxes at the destination are your responsibility unless explicitly included in the shipping quote.
Automated dropshipping fulfillment is provided for connected Shopify stores. We are not responsible for marketplace policy changes, end-customer complaints, or store suspensions. Product availability and pricing may change without notice based on supplier conditions.
Our total liability for any claim related to automation services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for losses caused by Amazon, Shopify, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or supplier issues beyond our control. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
